Vintage Boudoir maternity shoot: Day 2
It just isn’t a pin up shoot unless there is a bit of sailor action involved. Also, I highly recommend that, at least once in your relationship, you dress your husband or partner up like Richard Gere in An Officer and a Gentleman. It’s very gratifying. I, on the other hand, look more like Popeye with hair. Well, I’ve certainly been eating plenty of spinach through this pregnancy, so it’s appropriate, I guess.
I originally got into pin-up photography a couple years ago. I’ve always loved 1940s-1950s style; not just the clothing, but also the design, art and films. Now, we have women from all over the UK and, in fact, the world traveling to us for Vintage Boudoir ™ shoots. The farthest has been Australia. I’m looking forward to offering pin-up maternity shoots at the studio, too, because they are so much fun and make a great image to hang up in the nursery. Pregnancy photography doesn’t have to be all longing gazes at our bumps (even though we do shoot that, too, as part of a VB maternity session). If you’re interested in getting your bump done pin-up style, call the studio on 020 7042 9777.
In tomorrow’s post, there’s ice cream involved.
